The Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation (JDCF), a nationally recognized conservation organization in Jo Daviess County, Illinois, seeks a collaborative and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next chapter. JDCF is dedicated to preserving and stewarding land and water for the lasting well-being of all people and wildlife and has been an accredited land trust since 2011.
The CEO will serve as JDCF’s senior leader, guiding a skilled staff and engaged Board of Directors to strengthen the organization’s role as a trusted leader in land preservation and stewardship. The CEO will provide strategic vision, ensure financial sustainability, and deepen partnerships across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
